This notice explains what Aloha Sunbreak collects when you contact us, why we use it, and how to request access or deletion.

Information we collect

When you call, email, or use an online inquiry form, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, island and project area, project type, timing, message, and any photos you choose to send. Please do not send payment information, government identifiers, medical information, or other sensitive documents through an initial inquiry.

How we use it

  • Respond to your inquiry and arrange an appropriate consultation.
  • Understand, quote, schedule, and complete requested work.
  • Maintain business records and improve our services.
  • Protect the website and communications from fraud, spam, and abuse.

Microsoft 365 and file uploads

Secure online inquiries and customer-requested photo uploads may be processed and stored using Aloha Sunbreak’s Microsoft 365 business account, including Microsoft Forms, Outlook, Lists, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Automate. A file-request link allows a customer to upload files without viewing the folder or anyone else’s files.

Website measurement

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand general site traffic. We may also use privacy-configured Google Analytics after appropriate consent controls are enabled. Analytics must not receive form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, or uploaded filenames.

Sharing and access

Inquiry and project information is limited to Aloha Sunbreak personnel and service providers who need it to operate the website, communications, or requested work. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Unconverted inquiry information is scheduled for deletion after 12 months unless a longer period is reasonably needed for an active conversation, dispute, security investigation, or legal requirement. Records connected to contracted work follow Aloha Sunbreak’s applicable business, accounting, warranty, and contract-retention practices.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information by emailing [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained where required for an active project, warranty, accounting, dispute, or legal obligation.
